The carefully crafted "onigiri" rice balls are made with a generous amount of "Omi rice" harvested in Shiga. The softly cooked rice is gently wrapped in nori seaweed from Ariake, and the recommended fillings include egg yolk and minced meat.The sweetness of the rice, the flavor of the seaweed, and the sweet and salty fillings all combine to create a delicious dish that you'll want to eat as many as you like♪
